Nipple

A Nipple is a short length of pipe with threads on both ends, used to connect two fittings or pipes together. It is a vital pipe fitting in plumbing, industrial, and construction systems, providing a quick and reliable way to extend, join, or modify piping systems. Nipples are commonly used to connect pipes in a straight line and are available in various sizes and thread types, making them versatile for different applications.

Made from a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and PVC, nipples offer excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and durability. They are designed to withstand both high pressure and extreme temperatures, making them ideal for applications in industries like oil & gas, chemical, power generation, and water treatment. With a wide range of thread types such as NPT (National Pipe Thread) and BSP (British Standard Pipe), they are adaptable to different piping systems.

Nipples are available in various lengths, including close nipples (which are very short) and long nipples (which are used for extended pipe connections). Their precise threading ensures a tight seal for leak-proof connections. Widely used in plumbing, HVAC systems, and industrial piping networks, nipples provide a cost-effective and efficient solution for joining pipes and enabling smooth fluid and gas flow throughout systems.
