Nipple

A Nipple Forged Fitting is a short length of pipe with male threads on one or both ends, used to connect two other fittings or pipes in a piping system. It serves as an essential component for close nipple connections, extension of pipe runs, or transitioning between different sizes or types of connections.

Forged using high-pressure forging techniques, these nipples provide superior mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. Typically available in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and nickel alloys, forged nipples are well-suited for use in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and water treatment applications.

Available in different lengths, thread types (NPT, BSP), and pressure ratings (Class 3000/6000/9000), forged pipe nipples ensure a tight, leak-proof seal in high-pressure and critical service conditions, offering reliable performance and ease of installation.
